Note that a grading permit and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan will be required. Issues such as differential grading and proposed finish floor elevations will be addressed with the grading plan review. The following comments must be addressed. Plat: 1. The common area dedicated to the retention basin must be labelled as "Retention Basin" or "Retention Basin and Drainage" on the plat and in the title block. This is at the request of Mayor and Council. 2. Provide design details for the basin in the supplemental plans. Provide a separate common area for the basin. Drainage Report: 3. Revise the retention volume calculation in the drainage report addendum. Use the 2-year runoff coefficients for both the existing and developed conditions. Show the calculations used to determing the retention volume. Provide a complete drainage report incorporating all of the addenda.
