Engineering Division has reviewed the re-submitted Final Plat, CC&R's and Assurance Package and recommends conditional approval of the Final Plat at this time with the following condition: FINAL PLAT COMMENTS: 1) DS Sec.2-03.6.3.E: Revise the signature lines under the Assurance Block to accordingly reflect the following information, the re-submitted Final Plat has re-worded the Assurance line and must be revised prior to Mylar submittal, _______________________________________________ City of Tucson Development Services Department Director _______________________________________________ City of Tucson Development Services Engineer Administrator GENERAL COMMENTS: The above correction can be made at Mylar submittal. Provide a final Mylar Set to CDRC for review and approval of the above condition prior to submittal to Mayor and Council. If any changes to the final plat are required from other departments Engineering Division must re-review and re-approve the revised Mylar set. Be advised that if all comments have not been addressed at the Mylars stage this will cause a delay in the Mayor and Council submittal.
