Enclosed is a copy of a TEP facilities map showing the approximate
location of the existing facilities. All costs associated with the
relocation of the facilities in conflict will be billable to the
developer.

In order to apply for electric service, call the New Construction
Department at (520) 918-8300. Submit a final set of plans including
approved site, offsite and electrical load plans. Include a CD with the
AutoCAD version of the plans. If easements are required, they will be

Per rezoning case C9-04-11 – the 10-acre portion of the site, condition #22, reads: the owner/developer shall provide information and architectural elevations to justify (subject to LUC compliance) the increased height of 40 feet for the proposed entry feature of the 45,050 square foot retail building number 2. Please provide justification and architectural elevations to satisfy this request.

2. Rezoning case C9-05-26 – the 5-acre portion of the site, condition #8, reads: architectural style and detail on rear and sides shall be comparable with that on the front and designed with a Southwest motif. Dimensioned elevation drawings with proposed colors (predominant in the natural desert landscape) and materials are to be submitted as part of the development plan process. Please provide elevations similar to those submitted, as part of the design compatibility report to satisfy these requirements.
