RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: RECORD OF SURVEY RECORD OF SURVEY COMMENTS 1. All lettering and dimensions will be the equivalent of twelve (0.12) point or greater in size. The purpose of this requirement is to assure that the lettering is legible when reproduced or when photographically reduced (microfilmed) for record keeping purposes. Revise the document as necessary. DS 2-03.11.7.C. 2. In the title block provide the proposed name of the Land Survey Exception. DS 2-03.11.7.F.2. 3. In the title block note the number of proposed lots. DS 2-03.11.7.3. 4. Place the S(YR.)-___ Land Survey Exception case number in the lower right hand corner of the plan next to the title block. CODE SECTION/ DEVELOPMENT STANDARD 1. This review is for an application of Record of Survey exception to a subdivision in the C-2 Zone. The Record of Survey is to split a lot with 19,200 square feet into three lots. The two end lots shall each have an existing single family residence (SFR) and the center lot shall be vacant. LUC Sec 2.5.4.2 2. Please provide the last approved site plan for this site. Also provide a separate plot plan for each proposed lot, with the exception of the vacant lot. There are several structures that appear on the 2002 aerial photo. Some of these structures may no longer exist. Please be certain to depict all existing structures and vehicle use areas on the plot plans. Also provide lot coverage calculations on each plot plan.
