SUMMARY: Development Services Department Engineering Division has completed the review of the Final Plat mylar package that included a copies of the original master CC&R's, second supplement to CC&R's, location map, agreement to construct, amendment to trust, special warranty deed, original trust agreement, and title report. The prior conditions of approval associated with the assurances, CC&R's, and minor plat items have been addressed with this mylar submittal. There is a minor mylar issue to be addressed (see below). Engineering recommends approval of the Final Plat assurances; the final plat may be scheduled for Mayor and Council meeting once the following item is addressed on the mylar.

FINAL PLAT MYLAR CONDITION OF APPROVAL:
1) City of Tucson Development Standards (DS) Section No. DS Sec.2-03.6.3: The City Clerk, Kathleen S. Detrick, is retiring. Revise the Approvals section verbiage on sheet 1 to state: "The undersigned, Clerk of the City of Tucson, Arizona, hereby certifies that this plat was approved by the Mayor and Council of the City of Tucson, Arizona, on this __ day of ________, 200__.
