Pima County Development Services Department Development Review Division (Wastewater) Subject: Interstate Business Park II, Lots 1-16 And Common Area “A” Final Plat – 2nd Submittal, S05-164 The drawings for the proposed final plat of the above-referenced project have been reviewed on behalf of the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality (PDEQ) and the Pima County Wastewater Management Department (PCWMD). This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use. Sheet 3. Show with arrows the boundary of the easement called out as COT Sewer and Water Easement. An SSA was sent to you on 5-26-06 for execution. Four phone calls were placed to you in October reminding to have the SSA executed. We still don’t have this. We will not be able to sign the Mylars until the properly executed SSA has been received by us. SUBJECT TO THE ABOVE, the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality and the Wastewater Management Department hereby approve the above referenced submittal of the final plat as received by us on September 18, 2006. The revision may be shown on the Mylars without having to resubmit the bluelines. Please note the following: Approval of the above referenced submittal does not authorize the construction of public or private sewer collection lines, or water distribution lines. Prior to the construction of such features, a Construction Authorization (Approval to Construct) may need to be obtained from the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality. (1) * Check in the amount of $8.50 per plat page for Mayor & Council distribution made payable to the local print company of your choice or provide an account number to charge.
