Provide a dimensioned cross section of the proposed street and adjacent sidewalk clearly indicating curbs and separation from pedestrian pathways. 7. Per DS 2-05.2.4.B The indicated surrounding zoning indicated on the south side and the west side of the proposed project is not correct. This project will be tributary to the Roger Road Wastewater Treatment Facility via the Northwest Outfall. Provide a letter from PCWWM Planning Services, written within the past 90 days, stating that treatment and conveyance system capacity for this project is available. A capacity request form may be found at http://www.pima.gov/wwm/forms/docs/CapResponseRequest.pdf. Based on the evaluation of historical sewer improvement district maps, this project would qualify for Non-Participating sewer connection fee rates. ALL SHEETS.
