1. An applicant has one (1) year from the date of approval of tentative plat to obtain approval of a final plat that complies with zoning and other development requirements in effect at the time of application. This final plat must be approved and recorded on or before August 15, 2006.

2. Provide a separate sheet (site plan) showing the existing building footprint (south parcel) and the vehicular use area. Label and dimension all parking spaces, PAALs, and setback from building on south parcel to the north property line. (D.S. 2-03.6.1.K)

3. Revise general notes two (2) and three (3) to state the correct number of units for this project. Total number of units is 11. (D.S. 2-03.6.2.B)

4. Assure that general note nine (9) is correct and applies to the one building shown on the final plat.

5. Under general note five (5), correct the site area for this project.

6. A recorded vehicular and cross access agreement is required for this project. Provide a copy of the recorded agreement with the next submittal for Zoning Review.

Please note the following: Approval of the above referenced submittal does not authorize the construction of public or private sewer collection lines, or water distribution lines. Prior to the construction of such features, a Construction Authorization (Approval To Construct) may need to be obtained from the Pima County Environmental Quality.
