The response letter stated that TDOT has informally approved the trail design and drainage structures, however no documentation was provided. There are other private drainage easement issues brought up in RICK email correspondence with TDOT and City attorney. Before Engineering can complete the review of the resubmittal for the Tentative Plat, issues regarding the 80' drainage easement in the Rodeo W.A.S.H. must be resolved. Depending on any revisions due to the resolutions of the easement issues, additional reviews by other entities may be needed. This counter review was for this easement and SAC determination purposes only. DSD Engineering does not recommend approval of the Tentative Plat however, this comment letter provides DSD Engineering recommendation for the Tentative Plat to proceed to SAC for review of the proposed Rodeo W.A.S.H. encroachment. Additional CDRC review of the Tentative Plat is still required after the SAC meeting.
