06/09/2006 | PETER MCLAUGHLIN | ZONING | REVIEW | Denied | An applicant has one (1) year from the date of approval of the tentative plat to obtain approval and recordation of a final plat that complies with zoning and other development requirements in effect at the time of application. Since the tentative plat for this subdivision has not yet been approved, the approval date for this final plat may not be determined. In addition, the final plat may not be approved prior to approval of the tentative plat. Since the tentative plat has not yet been approved, any revisions made to the tentative plat which effect the final plat must also be made to the final plat. |

This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use.
