2. Please provide an updated parking plan from Swaim Associates Ltd Architects AIA for the Neighborhood Center District of Civano I. You have provided the parking plan for the Neighborhood Edge District. This plan only covers on of the Common Area B parking lots.

(1) Executed Final Plat Double Matte Océ or Photo Mylar.
(1) * Check made to "Reproductions, Inc." in the amount of $8.50 per plat page for Mayor & Council distribution.
(1) * Check made to "Reproductions, Inc." in the amount of $55.00 per plat page for recorded plat distribution.
(1) Check made to "Pima County Recorder" in the amount of $20.00 per plat page plus a $4.00 handling fee, along with CC&R fees if applicable. CCR fees are $9.00 for the first 5 pages and $1.00 for each additional page.
(1) Executed and notarized CC&Rs (if applicable).

*Please do not combine the checks for "Reproductions, Inc.". They are processed at different times and require separate checks. An account number is also acceptable.

Assurances (if applicable) must be reviewed by the City Attorney's Office prior to being presented to the Mayor and Council. Plats, CCR's and assurances must be approved at the same Mayor and Council Meeting. Please expect 3 -4 weeks from the date submitted to the date scheduled for Mayor and Council approval.
