Section 4.1.7.1, LUC, permits a maximum of one year from the date of application to obtain approval of a tentative plat. If, at the end of that time, the tentative plat has not been approved, it must be revised to be in compliance with all regulations in effect at that time, and must be resubmitted for a full CDRC review. The one-year expiration date for this tentative plat is July 20, 2006. 2. Provide documentation from Gary Oaks that states that additional right of way will not be required. All required dedications of right-of-way must be executed prior to approval of the record of survey. The owner/applicant must contact the City of Tucson Real Estate Division for information and procedures for dedication of right of way. This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use. Our office has received the Capacity Response letter No. 05-343, dated September 22, 2005. Our office has received a Notice of Joint Sewer Use Agreement, dated September 30, 2005. The Pima County Department of Environmental Quality and Wastewater Management Department hereby approve the above referenced submittal of the Record of Survey as submitted. Please note the following: Approval of the above referenced submittal does not authorize the construction of public or private sewer collection lines, or water distribution lines. (3) Check made to "Reproductions, Inc." in the amount of $2.00 per plat page for CDRC file copy. The CDRC office will then take your stamped and approved Record of Survey mylar to the Pima County Recorder's Office for recording and after recording a copy will be made for the CDRC file.
