Engineering has reviewed the received items and does not recommend approval of the Final Plat or the CC&Rs. RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: FINAL PLAT, CC&Rs SUBMITTAL REQUIRED: ASSURANCES (if applicable) , BOUNDARY CLOSURE CALCS The next submittal must address the following items: FINAL PLAT COMMENTS 1. There is no verification that all the site infrastructure is complete. If the site infrastructure is not complete, assurances are required to ensure that all site work has been constructed and passed inspections. Please clarify. If the intent is to provide assurances for the site infrastructure revise the plat and submit a complete assurance package. The complete assurances package must include a copy of the original trust, the original amendment to trust with exhibit A, the original agreement to construct with exhibit B, a copy of the warranty deed, a current title report and a location map on an 8 ½ x 11 sheet.
