The Zoning Review Section approves the record of survey for this subdivision, subject to the following changes on the executed record of survey. However, should there be any changes requested by other CDRC members, the Zoning Review Section approval is void, and we request copies of the revised record of survey to verify that those changes do not affect any zoning requirements. 2. Per DS 2-03.11.12.A All proposed easements (utility, sewer, drainage, access, etc.) are to be dimensioned and labeled as to their purposes and whether they will be public or private. (520-740-6563), representing the Pima County Departments of Wastewater Management and Environmental Quality Subject: Record of Survey of Lots 1-3 (Lot Split of Lot 9 Catalina Poultry Acres Unit No. 2) Record of Survey - 2nd Submittal S05-110 The proposed sewer collection lines for the above-referenced project have been reviewed on behalf of the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality (PDEQ) and the Pima County Wastewater Management Department (PCWMD). This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use. Sheet 1: Delete General Note 13 regarding landscaping in public sewer easements. This won't be an issue for this particular project. Sheet 1: The General Notes requested in items 4 and 5 of Dickie Fernández's August 2, 2005, review letter for the first submittal of the Record of Survey are not appropriate for a Record of Survey. Please accept this office's apologies any inconvenience this error may have caused and delete General Notes 16 and 17. Sheet 1: Items 6 and 7 of Dickie Fernández's August 2, 2005, review letter for the first submittal of the Record of Survey were also not appropriate for Records of Survey. Once again, please accept this office's apologies for any inconvenience this error may have caused and delete the existing public sewer lines, the HCS lines, and their labels from the Record of Survey. Sheet 1: Revise the labels for the 22' private access and utility easement to read: 22' PRIVATE ACCESS AND UTILITY EASEMENT BY DOCKET_______, PAGE______. Please be aware that COT CDRC requires all easements by separate instrument instruments to be recorded, and the recording information shown on Mylars of the Record of Survey, before they will approve the Mylars. Sheet 1: Revise the labels for the 1.00' no-access easement in a similar manner. Please contact the COT CDRC for their review requirements (if any) for the legal descriptions and location maps of the easements. We will require a revised set of bluelines, and a response letter, addressing these comments. Additional comments may be made during the review of these documents. This office will expedite the review of the next submittal of the Record of Survey, but only if the transmittal letter accompanying the next submittal clearly and boldly states, THE REVIEW OF THIS SUBMITTAL IS TO BE EXPEDITED PER TIM ROWE'S OCTOBER 21, 2005 REVIEW LETTER. This office will also waive all wastewater review fees for the next submittal.
