Title report Provide a copy of the Title report which contains current information regarding easements (with types and docket & page) as well as boundary survey data. This information needs to match the final plat. DS Sec.2-03.6.3.B.4: The title report should be current within 30 days of recordation of the proposed plat. Check all utility/access items in schedule B and confirm that all easement information are shown on the final plat with reference dkt/pg, or provided as a blanket easement. Provide a copy of the Special Warranty Deed. Provide a (8½ by 11) copy of location map to the Assurance Administrative Assistant.
