| 05/17/2006 | JOSE ORTIZ | ENGINEERING | REVIEW | Approved | New sidewalk is going to be placed in the public right of way, and sidewalks are an assurable item therefore an Assurance Package is required prior to Engineering signing off on the Mylar. The developer/owner can provide a performance bond or go through a third party trust and provide all needed documentation to DSD Engineering Division. A third option would be for the developer/owner to obtain a permit from Permits and Codes and have the sidewalks installed. Once the sidewalks have been installed the developer/owner can provide Developments Services with the proof that the sidewalks have been installed.
