COMMENTS: Thank you for your submittal. Please make the following additions/corrections in the final plat.
Remove all stippling, hatching, shading and rip-rap symbols.
Label Common Area “A” and Common Area “B” on all sheets; add square footage.
Add bearings and dimensions for Blocks A and B and make the boundary lines for these blocks a solid line, not dashed.
Add the name of the subdivision and the map and plat that is adjacent to the new subdivision on each sheet – even if it is in the title block.

Patricia, I have just reviewed revised tentative plat S05-098 lots 1-664, phase I. I have also reviewed final plats S05-098 lots 1-340 Phase I, final plat S06-67 lots 341-418 Phase I, and final plat S06-071 lots 411- 664 Phase I. All part of La Estancia Phase I development. Roger agrees these four plats do not require a resubmittal to DUPD staff. However, all four plats have two common issue that can be addressed by DSD. These two issues are related to the attached wording and map provided by the applicant to DUPD staff.
07/25/2006 FRODRIG2 COT NON-DSD REAL ESTATE Approv-Cond Tentative and Final....no further comments except to note that right of way is not abandoned by plat as noted on the tentative. The right of way will be deeded to the developer simultaneously with the recording of the plat. Real Estate needs to be kept informed of the projected M&C date so we can schedule the street vacations for consideration by M&C at the same meeting.
