Add a general note, which states that all lots that are impacted by the 20' water easement, shown on Sheet 10/21, shall not be permitted until proper abandonment verification is submitted to the City Assurances: The Assurances Package is missing the following information: 1. A copy of the Trust Agreement. 2. A copy of the Warranty Deed. 3. A recent copy of the Title Report. 4. The legal description in Exhibit "A" in the Original Third Part Trust Agreement and the Amendment shall match the Title description in the Final Plat Mylar Title Block.
