Title block should read 'Final Plat - A Condominium Conversion Project' 2. Please Identify location of limited common easement. 3. The addresses on the sheet titled "ADDRESSING TABLE FOR APARTMENT BUILDING UNITS" on the approved 1994 Development Plan for Sonterra Apartments sheet 3 of 6 does not match proposed addresses for this Condominium Conversion Project. Please verify that the proposed addresses are correct. 4. On the project layout map the basis of bearing shows this portion of the project being in section 11 and section 12. Should this be section 14 and section 13? 5. (520-740-6563), representing the Pima County Departments of Wastewater Management and Environmental Quality Subject: Sonterra at Williams Centre Final Plat - 1st Submittal S05-096 The proposed sewer collection lines for the above-referenced project have been reviewed on behalf of the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality (PDEQ) and the Pima County Wastewater Management Department (PCWMD). This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use. Sheet 1: The Dedication language doesn't adequately grant the common elements to the City of Tucson, Pima County and all utility companies as easements. Revise the 3rd paragraph of the Dedication to read as follows: COMMON ELEMENTS AND PRIVATE EASEMENTS AS SHOWN HEREON, ARE RESERVED FOR THE PRIVATE USE AND CONVENIENCE OF ALL OWNERS WITHIN THIS SUBDIVISION, AND ARE GRANTED AS EASEMENTS TO THE CITY OF TUCSON, PIMA COUNTY, AND ALL UTILITY COMPANIES, PUBLIC AND PRIVATE, FOR THE INSTALLATION, ACCESS AND MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC SEWERS, UTILITIES AND ANY OTHER USES AS DESIGNATED BY THIS PLAT.
