The subject project has been reviewed. We offer the following comments:

1. The distances and bearings between monuments should be labeled either measured or calculated (D.S. 2-03.6.5.C.5.). This comment was made previously, but it was not addressed and responded to.
2. Submit a written verification that the City has abandoned the "State Lease" land.
3. Dimension the "Electric and Communication Facilities and Associated Matters" Easement (Docket 12528, Page 1838) included in the Title Report is not shown on the Plat. Revise as necessary. Additionally, include the words "Communication Facilities" in the easement description on the plat.

CC & R's:

The CC & R's are acceptable pertaining to Engineering and Floodplain.

Submit with the Final Plat submittal a detailed response letter that explains the revisions that were made and references the exact locations in the Assurances and on the Final Plat where the revisions were made.

plats at this time.



TEP is in the process of completing the preliminary design on the
approved tentative plat (S05-088) Lots 228-806 . I t will be
completed approximately May 15 , 2006. The design completion is
necessary in determining all easement requirements and for the final
plat review.

(1) Executed Final Plat Double Matte Océ or Photo Mylar.
(1) * Check made to "Reproductions, Inc." in the amount of $8.50 per plat page for Mayor & Council distribution.
(1) * Check made to "Reproductions, Inc." in the amount of $55.00 per plat page for recorded plat distribution.
(1) Check made to "Pima County Recorder" in the amount of $20.00 per plat page plus a $4.00 handling fee, along with CC&R fees if applicable. CCR fees are $9.00 for the first 5 pages and $1.00 for each additional page.
(1) Executed and notarized CC&Rs (if applicable).

*Please do not combine the checks for "Reproductions, Inc.". They are processed at different times and require separate checks. An account number is also acceptable.

Assurances (if applicable) must be reviewed by the City Attorney's Office prior to being presented to the Mayor and Council. Plats, CCR's and assurances must be approved at the same Mayor and Council Meeting. Please expect 3 -4 weeks from the date submitted to the date scheduled for Mayor and Council approval.
