SUMMARY: The Tentative Plat and Drainage Report have been reviewed for Tentative Plat purposes only. Conditional approval is recommended at this time. The Tentative Plat should be revised in accordance with the following comment:

TENTATIVE PLAT:

1) Revise Note 2 on Sheet 3 to reflect the information shown on the plan view. The existing contours and the proposed pad elevation on lots 7 and 8 do not indicate that there will be a grade change of 30 inches. If more than two feet of fill will be placed in the outer 100 feet of the project, the full differential grading procedure from Development Standard 11-01.8.1.A will need to be followed.
