(3) Check made to "Reproductions, Inc." in the amount of $2.00 per plat page for CDRC file copy. The CDRC office will then take your stamped and approved Record of Survey mylar to the Pima County Recorder's Office for recording and after recording a copy will be made for the CDRC file. You will be notified when this has been done to pick up your recorded Record of Survey mylar from the CDRC office and take it to the Pima County Addressing office at 201 North Stone Avenue (across from the CDRC office) for addressing of the site.
