However, should there be any changes requested by other CDRC members, the Zoning Review Section approval is void, and we request copies of the revised Record of Survey to verify that those changes do not affect any zoning requirements.

2. Previous comment 2 was not fully addressed: All subdivisions within the one square mile location map area must be listed by book and page number. DS 2-03.11.7.D.2

3. Previous comment 10 was not addressed: All zoning classifications adjacent to the parcel must be labeled on the record of survey drawing. DS 2-03.11.11.D

4. Requested changes can be made on the Mylar if all CDRC reviewers have approved the Recrod of Survey.
