This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use. The Pima County Department of Environmental Quality and Wastewater Management Department hereby approve the above referenced submittal of the final plat as received by us on September 12, 2006. Please note the following: Approval of the above referenced submittal does not authorize the construction of public or private sewer lines or water distribution lines. Prior to the construction of such features, a Construction Authorization (Approval To Construct) may need to be obtained from the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality. Also, air quality activity permits must be secured by the developer or prime contractor from the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality prior to constructing, operating or engaging in an activity which may cause or contribute to air pollution. The activity number is S05-064. SUMMARY: The Final Plat was received by Engineering on September 13thh, 2006. Engineering has reviewed the received items and recommends approval of the Final Plat. FINAL PLAT IS APPROVED FINAL PLAT COMMENTS 1. The Final Plat mylars will not be able to proceed if there are any pending assurable items. All assurable items must be constructed and approved by the City of Tucson prior to processing the mylars. The assurable items are; paving (curbs, s/w, drive aprons, H/C ramps, etc), drainage improvements, water / sewer lines, fire prevention system, utilities, traffic signs, all off-site and onsite improvements as shown on tentative plat, grading plans and improvement plans. Please verify that the final grading inspections are complete for this project. |

(1) Check made payable to "Pima County Recorder" in the amount of $20.00 per plat page plus a $4.00 handling fee, along with CC&R fees if applicable.
