Should the applicant wish, the grading plan can be submitted with the ; D.S. 2-03.5.2 FYI, A grading plan was included with the tentative plat submittal. It will be reviewed as an adjunct to the tentative plat review. A separate grading plan and permit submittal must be made to obtain an actual grading permit. 2. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP's) will be required for this project. Submit 3 sets of grading and SWPPP's with text; upon completion and submittal of a grading permit application. Subsequent comments may be necessary, depending upon the nature and extent of revisions that occur to the plans. This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use. SHEET 1. Include the correct number for the existing public sewer on Stone Avenue (G-182). Subject to the above required revisions, the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality and Wastewater Management Department hereby approve the above referenced submittal of the tentative plat/final plat/development plan. Please note the following: Approval of the above referenced submittal does not authorize the construction of public or private sewer collection lines, or water distribution lines. Prior to the construction of such features, a Construction Authorization (Approval To Construct) may need to be obtained from the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality. Also, air quality activity permits must be secured by the developer or prime contractor from the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality before constructing, operating or engaging in an activity which may cause or contribute to air pollution.
