This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use. 1. The tentative plat for this project has not yet been approved. Please be aware that the final plat cannot be approved until after the tentative plat has been approved. 2. Sheet 1: Revise the Dedication block, 2nd paragraph, 3rd sentence, so that: PRIVATE SEWERS are included in the list of responsibilities of the ASSOCIATION OF INDIVIDUAL LOT OWNERS. 3. Sheet 1: Add a General Note that states: All LANDSCAPING WITHIN 10' OF ANY PUBLIC SEWER MAIN IN THE STONE AVENUE RIGHT-OF-WAY SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLANTING GUIDELINES OF PC/COT STANDARD DETAIL WWM A-4. 4. For the second submittal, the review fee is $50 per sheet. For all subsequent submittals, the review fee is $39 per sheet. The next submittal of this project will be the second (2nd) submittal. A check for the review fee of this submittal in the amount of $50.00 (made out to PIMA COUNTY TREASURER) must accompany the revised set of bluelines and response letter.
