Liza Castillo, Right of Way Agent Tucson Electric Power Co. Unisource Energy Services offc-(520) 917-8745 fax-(520) 545-1416 lcastillo@tep.com -----Original Message----- From: Kent A. Delph [mailto:kadelph@greniereng.com] Sent: Friday, September 07, 2007 9:26 AM To: Paul Machado ; Castillo, Liza Cc: Patricia Gehlen ; Ferne Rodriguez; Jan Fischer ; Katrina Ridgway; Ernie Duarte Subject: S05-052: Final Plat Submittal and Potential Tentative Plat Expireation Paul and Liza, I believe Patricia Gehlen has indicated to me the Tentative Plat (TP) will expire on the referenced project next week on the 12th. The project changed owners (which delayed many things on our end and is not a function of the City review at all) and the Final Plat was resubmitted Sept 4th to address the last comments which were for the assurance package and TEP review. These items have been addressed. If there is any way this project could be shuffled up a bit it would be greatly appreciated as we would like to avoid expiration of the TP. I realize this is very late for this request, but anything would be appreciated. I also understand it may be unrealistic and City Code may have to let the TP expire. Thanks, Kent A. Delph, P.E.
