The proposed sewer collection lines for the above-referenced project have been reviewed on behalf of the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality (PDEQ) and the Pima County Wastewater Management Department (PCWMD). This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use.



The revised bluelines of the final plat have been reviewed and found acceptable.

The three signed and notarized originals of the Sewer Service Agreement for this project have been received by this office and forwarded to the Pima County Wastewater Management Department for further processing.

The Pima County Department of Environmental Quality and Wastewater Management Department hereby approve the above referenced submittal of the final plat as submitted.

Please note the following: Approval of the above referenced submittal does not authorize the construction of public or private sewer collection lines, or water distribution lines. Prior to the construction of such features, a Construction Authorization (Approval To Construct) may need to be obtained from the Pima County Environmental Quality.

Also, air quality activity permits must be secured by the developer or prime contractor from the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality before constructing, operating or engaging in an activity which may cause or contribute to air pollution.

Final Plat
1. The Tentative Plat must be approved before the Final Plat will be approved
2. The Plat will not be approved until the City of Tucson Department of Transportation indicates that all required contributions have been satisfactorily submitted as required by rezoning conditions 6 and 10.

(1) Check made to "Pima County Recorder" in the amount of $20.00 per plat page plus a $4.00 handling fee, along with CC&R fees if applicable. CCR fees are $9.00 for the first 5 pages and $1.00 for each additional page.
