(520-740-6563), representing the Pima County Departments of Wastewater Management and Environmental Quality Subject: Outpost Terrace, Lots 1-17 and Common Areas A-E Final Plat - 2nd Submittal S05-050 The proposed sewer collection lines for the above-referenced project have been reviewed on behalf of the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality (PDEQ) and the Pima County Wastewater Management Department (PCWMD). This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use. The revised bluelines of the final plat have been reviewed and found acceptable. The three signed and notarized originals of the Sewer Service Agreement for this project have been received by this office and forwarded to the Pima County Wastewater Management Department for further processing. The Pima County Department of Environmental Quality and Wastewater Management Department hereby approve the above referenced submittal of the final plat as submitted. Please note the following: Approval of the above referenced submittal does not authorize the construction of public or private sewer collection lines, or water distribution lines. Prior to the construction of such features, a Construction Authorization (Approval To Construct) may need to be obtained from the Pima County Environmental Quality. Also, air quality activity permits must be secured by the developer or prime contractor from the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality before constructing, operating or engaging in an activity which may cause or contribute to air pollution. The Final Plat been reviewed by the Engineering Division and we do not recommend approval at this time. The following review comments must be addressed. Final Plat 1. The Tentative Plat must be approved before the Final Plat will be approved 2. The Plat will not be approved until the City of Tucson Department of Transportation indicates that all required contributions have been satisfactorily submitted as required by rezoning conditions 6 and 10. Once the listed requirements have been met, I will work with the CDRC coordinator to approve the submitted final plat.
