09/21/2005 | JCLARK3 | ENV SVCS | REVIEW | Approv-Cond | Design calls for those units that do not have frontage on the main PAAL to take their refuse to the collection area at the PAAL. This solution is acceptable to Environmental Services at this time. For the south properties there needs to be a redesign to permit a turnaround at the south end of the property for service. At the north end of the property the access into the parking area should be curbed to allow trucks to back in to turnaround. CC&R's should reflect that the refuse is collected at the curb along the PAAL. |

09/23/2005 | DAN CASTRO | ZONING | REVIEW | Approv-Cond | The Zoning Review Section approves the tentative plat for this subdivision, subject to the following changes on the executed tentative plat. However, should there be any changes requested by other CDRC members, the Zoning Review Section approval is void, and we request copies of the revised tentative plat to verify that those changes do not affect any zoning requirements. 1. There are two (2) conflicting radii's noted for the back-up spur located in the southern most parking lot on sheet 5 of 17. Keynote 18 refers to a 3' radii and the actual spur is noted as a 2' radii. Delete the 2' radii labeled on the drawing. If you have any questions about this transmittal, please call Dan Castro at (520) 791-5608. |
