(1) Check made payable to "Pima County Recorder" in the amount of $20.00 per plat page plus a $4.00 handling fee, along with CC&R fees if applicable. CC&R fees are $9.00 for the first 5 pages and $1.00 for each additional page. (1) Executed and notarized CC&R's document (if applicable). *Please do not combine the checks for the printing charges. They are processed at different times and require separate checks.
