Through out the plan notes are superimposed over each other. Notes, lot numbers, FFE, keynotes, bearings, and detail indicators are affected. This appears to be happening on all sheets. Please correct all notes, on all sheets that are unreadable. 2. Please provide the width of the parking space adjacent to the wall on the south side of the pool area. When the sides of a parking space abuts any vertical barrier over six (6) inches in height, the required width of that space is ten (10) feet. Maneuvering ability in and out of this space is to be demonstrated on the plan. DS 3-05.2.1.B.2 3. Please dimension the handicap access aisle located south of the pool area. Minimum width is to be eight (8) feet. 4. Please provide a label for the enclosed area at the end of the PAAL abutting Limberlost. Is this a trash enclosure? The drawings appear to have excessive layers on creating over lap in text. Please re-visit drawings and turn off unneeded layers on each sheet. Ensure that proper text height is used for reproduction purposes, eliminate overlap in text, remove leaders/callouts that point to empty space, etc… 2. Many of the Common Areas in the Tentative Plat do not match the Final Plat, for example Common Area E in the final plat appears to be mislabeled and is being call out as common area A in the Tentative Plat.
