12/13/2005 | DAN CASTRO | ZONING | REVIEW | Approv-Cond | COMMENTS: The Zoning Review Section approves the final plat for this subdivision, subject to the following changes on the executed final plat. However, should there be any changes requested by other CDRC members, the Zoning Review Section approval is void, and we request copies of the revised final plat to verify that those changes do not affect any zoning requirements. 1. Under the cubic volume information listed on sheet 5 of 7, indicate by note if units are to be "typical" and provide the total cubic volume area for all units one (1) and for all units two (2). In addition, list the unit numbers or address for their respective unit type. 2. Remove the column for lot numbers on the occupant identifiers matrix on sheet 3 of 7. Residential units are already identified as condominium units and not lots. 3. The final plat submitted does not provide the dimensioned building cross sections requested in the last review. Dimensioned exterior elevation drawings included in the final plat do not provide interior height dimensions for the first floor and second floor units. The dimension from finished floor elevation to ceiling height is required to verify the cubic volume area for each unit type. 4. Provide a copy of the revised cover sheet for the CC&R's which includes all subdivision information found in the title block. If you have any questions about this transmittal, please call Dan Castro at (520) 791-5608. |
