Revise general note 1 to correct remaining square footage and acreage after the acquisition of a portion of the SE Common Area "A". 03. COMMENT: On sheet 2, double check the density and coverage calculation for the south phase as the Common area in this phase is no longer a part of the subdivision. While the density and coverage numbers may be minimal it should be consistent. 04. COMMENT: Zoning will review the corrections on the next submittal. 05. COMMENT: Remove the Development Package PDSD approval stamp from all sheets. Reserve a three-inch by five-inch space in the lower right quadrant of each sheet for an approval stamp.
