COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.


01. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the revisions. Please address the following comments and re-submit.


02. COMMENT: On sheet one general note, Gross Area of the subdivision has been reduced. Revise general note 1 to correct remaining square footage and acreage after the acquisition of a portion of the SE Common Area "A".


03. COMMENT: On sheet 2, double check the density and coverage calculation for the south phase as the Common area in this phase is no longer a part of the subdivision. While the density and coverage numbers may be minimal it should be consistent.


04. COMMENT: Zoning will review the corrections on the next submittal.


05. COMMENT: Remove the Development Package PDSD approval stamp from all sheets. Reserve a three-inch by five-inch space in the lower right quadrant of each sheet for an approval stamp. The approval stamp will be applied electronically by PDSD staff.
