Engineering has met with the consultants, reviewed the received items including revised tentative plat sheets and documentation of status of differential grading. Aside from the differential grading copies provided by the consultant (letter from Sierra Pacific regarding offsite temporary construction, letters to the Director, neighboring parcels, engineering justification, response leter, and exhibits, PDSD Engineering also includes Engineering comment letter dated December 21, 2005 (Tentative Plat approval) as documentation of differential grading approval. It is understood that any mitigation for the differential grading shall be addressed at grading plan review stage. Engineering recommends approval of the Tentative Plat.
