SUMMARY: The revised Final Plat, assurance package, title report, and response letter were received and reviewed by Engineering. The original trust from Lawyers Title was received 19DEC07 for the commercial portion of the project. An existing gas easement exists at the site and an existing sewer line exists at the site and has not been relocated during Tentative Plat review. Matt Flick has approved the final plat with these outstanding utilities on the site with a condition to the Final Plat that the utilities be addressed during construction. Engineering recommends conditional approval of the Final Plat and assurances. Please address the following conditions of approval at Final Plat mylar submittal stage.

FINAL PLAT CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL:
1) The Cantera Final Plat assurances are acceptable.
2) Update 2007 reference to 2008 on the cover sheet of the Final Plat mylar.
3) Submit a copy of the faxed copy to Council office for the differential grading paperwork.
4) Revise sewer line and gas line general note per Matt Flick.

For the revised Final Plat resubmittal, provide the revised Final Plat in paper copy and mylar to CDRC, original signed CC&R's, original notarized permission letters, differential grading faxed copies, and response letter. Dear Jeff:

The above referenced project has been CONDITIONALLY APPROVED by the Community Design Review Committee. Please make any necessary corrections and submit the following documents:

(2) Title reports current within the last thirty (30) days.
(1) Executed Final Plat Double Matte Océ or Photo Mylar.
(1) * Check in the amount of $8.50 per plat page for Mayor & Council distribution made payable to the local print company of your choice or provide an account number to charge.
(1) * Check in the amount of $55.00 per plat page for recorded plat distribution made payable to the local print company of your choice or provide an account number to charge.
(1) Check made payable to "Pima County Recorder" in the amount of $20.00 per plat page plus a $4.00 handling fee, along with CC&R fees if applicable. CC&R fees are $9.00 for the first 5 pages and $1.00 for each additional page.
(1) Executed and notarized CC&R's document (if applicable).

*Please do not combine the checks for the printing charges. They are processed at different times and require separate checks. An account number is also acceptable and you can include this information on your transmittal sheet when submitting the above listed items.

Assurances (if applicable) must be reviewed by the City Attorney's Office prior to being presented to the Mayor and Council. Plats, CC&R's and assurances must be approved at the same Mayor and Council Meeting. Please expect 5-6 weeks from the date submitted to the date scheduled for Mayor and Council approval.
