The Plat has been reviewed by the Engineering Division and we do not recommend approval at this time. The following review comment must be addressed.

The Final Plat proposes the creation of a new parcel outside of the platted area. The new parcel must be created through the subdivision platting process. The parcel can be created as a "Block" to exclude it from the condominium.

Submit a revised Plat. Include a detailed response letter, detailing how the comment has been addressed.
