The proposed sewer collection lines for the above-referenced project have been reviewed on behalf of the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality (PDEQ) and the Pima County Wastewater Management Department (PCWMD). This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use.



Sheet 4: The 8” Sanitary Sewer Line Table and the L4 and L1 labels do not correspond with each other. Revised the line labels and table so that they relate to one another.

Sheet 5: Keynotes #9, Existing Public Sewer Pipe and Structures, is not found anywhere on this site plan. Please clarify.

Sheets 4 & 5: Private sewers are not allowed in public streets. Revise sheets 4 and 5 so that:

The Russell Avenue abandonment notes that appear on sheet 3 also appear on sheet 4 and sheet 5.

Subject to the above, the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality and Wastewater Management Department hereby approve the above referenced submittal of the tentative plat / development plan.

Please note the following: Approval of the above referenced submittal does not authorize the construction of public or private sewer collection lines, or water distribution lines. Prior to the construction of such features, a Construction Authorization (Approval To Construct) may need to be obtained from the Pima County Environmental Quality.

Also, air quality activity permits must be secured by the developer or prime contractor from the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality before constructing, operating or engaging in an activity which may cause or contribute to air pollution.

05/26/2006 FRODRIG2 COT NON-DSD REAL ESTATE Denied Right of way needs to be vacated for this subdivision. The Agreement for this vacation of right of way was sent out to the property owner on or about April 5, 2006. As of today's date the Real Estate Division has not received the signed Agreement. With out an Agreement we can not approve this final subdivision plat.
