1. Revise the dates in the Approvals and Recording Blocks to read "2006".

07/10/2006 LAITH ALSHAMI ENGINEERING REVIEW Denied FINAL PLAT

The Final Plat has been reviewed. The Final Plat is recommended for approval pertaining to Engineering and Floodplain.

CC & R's

The CC & R's are not acceptable for this project. Address the following comments:

1. The submitted CC & R's do not appear to be prepared for Civano Block 2. The Recitals state that the CC & R's are for Blocks 79 through 82 that were recorded in Book 50 of Maps and Plats at Page 56, records of Pima County Recorder. The subject development is described in the Final Plat Title Block as "A resubdivision of Block 2 of Civano I, Lots 166-527, Bk. 52, Pg. 84 M&P". It appears that the existing CC & R's need to be amended to include the subject development.
2. The drainage structures maintenance, by the neighborhood association, has not been addressed properly in the CC & R's. The amendment shall include detailed information and instructions for maintaining the drainage structures. It is recommended to include the drainage structure maintenance checklist, as an exhibit, to the CC & R's.

Enclosed is Tucson Electric Power Company's (TEP) preliminary electrical
design for the subject subdivision. TEP is unable to approve the final
plat at this time.



Please review this design and contact this office with any conflicts or
desired changes. Your written approval of this design and TEP's final
plat approval are necessary for a final construction drawing. Any
changes requested after we have completed the final construction drawing
will be billable.



In order for TEP to approve the final plat, the following easements will
be required:



* A 10 wide easement is required along the western boundary of
Block "A" and Lot 28 as highlighted.

* Depict a 16' wide easement for the existing overhead line
within Lot 1 and Common Area A.



All relocation costs will be billable to the developer. A copy of the
preliminary design has been forwarded to Southwest Gas. Please insure
utility coordination by providing a copy of this preliminary design to
Qwest and the Cable Company.
