SUMMARY: The copy of the revised Final Plat, assurances, and revised CC&R's were submitted for review May 26, 2005. Development Services Department Engineering Division has reviewed the Final Plat and recommends conditional approval. The third party trust assurance paperwork is accepted; Mayor and Council transmittal paperwork can be generated. Address the following conditions prior to mylar submittal.

FINAL PLAT CONDITIONS:
1) City of Tucson Development Standards (DS) Section No.2-03.6.5.B: The final plat cannot be scheduled for Mayor and Council consideration until the financial assurances are approved. DS Sec.: Regarding the 10-foot public utility easement (Keynote 3 on sheet 2), it is unclear why this easement is being abandoned. Explain whether there are any issues if this easement remains. If the easement remains, revise verbiage for Keynote 3 on sheet 2. If the easement must be abandoned, provide/label the Dkt/pg for abandonment of this 10-foot public utility easement and provide copies of the required letters from utility companies stating that they have no utilities existing in the easement, or, if no lines exist, that they have no interest in the easement.
2) Label the 10 foot setback for lots 12 and 13 on sheet 2.
