Development Services Department Engineering Division has done a review of the received items and recommends a conditional approval of the Tentative Plat. The Drainage Report was reviewed and accepted for Tentative Plat purposes only. The following conditions items 1 and 2 shall be addressed at Tentative Plat mylar stage. TENTATIVE PLAT CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL: 1) City of Tucson Development Standards (DS) Section No. 2-03.2.4.I: Clarify/label square footage of common area along south portion of the project. 2) At bottom of sheet 1, remove signature line for acceptance by City Engineer, as DSD Engineer does not sign Tentative Plat. 3) DS Sec.10-02.2.4.K & M: At Grading Plan review, provide a complete bound report that includes all geotechnical information (soils report, infiltration testing addendum, and all geotechnical slope/setback recommendation addenda). 4) DS Sec.2-03.2.3.A: The following clarification will need to be done at Final Plat submittal; assure that all benchmark locations, the proposed location of and the method of tie to permanent survey monuments or to the nearest section or quarter section corner, and the proposed location and type of subdivision control monuments are shown.
