Section 4.1.7.1, LUC, permits a maximum of one year from the date of application to obtain approval of a tentative plat. If, at the end of that time, the tentative plat has not been approved, it must be revised to be in compliance with all regulations in effect at that time, and must be resubmitted for a full CDRC review. The one-year expiration date for this tentative plat is January 10, 2006. 2. Provide the new subdivision case number (S05-003) in the lower right corner. DS 2-03.2.B.1 3. Local streets must be designed to provide parking on both sides of the street. If common area parking is provided, there must be one parking space per dwelling within the subdivision. The distribution of visitor parking should be uniformly located throughout the subdivision. Visitor parking spaces should be provided within one hundred fifty feet (150') of the front property line of each residential unit. There is street parking provided on only one side of the street within this subdivision and there is only one common parking area provided on Sheet 5 with six (6) parking spaces (a detail is required).
