RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Final Plat Assurances.


The Final Plat assurances cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal.

Final Plat Assurances:

1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies of the assurances.
2. The Amendment to the CCR's does not contain conditions for retention basin and/or drainageway maintenance. Revise as required or submit an additional amendment. Per previous two comments.
3. The Amendment to trust - third party agreement, the Agreement to construct subdivision improvements - third party trust and/or references to the final plat do not match the title of the final plat. The documents and final plat title must match verbatim. Per previous two comments.
4. Submit the above documents containing original signatures, copies of the documents and signatures will not be forwarded to the City of Tucson attorney for review.
5. If any offsets against impact fees have been requested, all improvements that are the subject of the requested offsets shall be completed and accepted by the City prior to the final release of assurances. Assurances may be partially released prior to the completion of all improvements provided the releases are proportional to the level of completion of improvements.
