Additional plans necessary for preparation of the design are: building plans including water, electrical, landscape, sidewalk and paving plans. This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use. The Sewer Service Agreements have been forwarded to PCWMD for further processing. Sheet 1: In the DEDICATION block, the 4th and 7th paragraphs are almost identical and could be combined for clarity. Sheet 1: In the DEDICATION block, 4th paragraph, although the City Of Tucson may accept that easements are granted to the PUBLIC, Pima County prefers that: These elements be GRANTED AS EASEMENTS TO THE CITY OF TUCSON, PIMA COUNTY AND ALL UTILITY COMPANIES… Sheet 1: In the DEDICATION block, 7th paragraph, although the City Of Tucson may accept that easements are granted to the PUBLIC, Pima County prefers that; You grant these elements to THE CITY OF TUCSON, PIMA COUNTY AND ALL UTILITY COMPANIES… Subject to the above, the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality and Wastewater Management Department hereby approve the above referenced submittal of the final plat.
