Should there be any changes requested by other CDRC members, however, the approval is void, and we request copies of those changes to insure that those changes do not affect zoning requirements. Please provide the executed final plat for signature, and a memo stating that the members of the CDRC have approved the final plat. When these items are received, along with forty-four half-sized copies of the plat, the final plat will be scheduled for consideration at the next available Mayor and Council meeting. Pima County Development Services Department Development Review Division (Wastewater) SUBJECT: La Paloma Charter School, Blocks 1 & 2 Final Plat – 2nd Submittal S04-183 The proposed sewer collection lines to serve the above-referenced project have been reviewed on behalf of the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality (PDEQ) and the Pima County Wastewater Management Department (PCWMD). This review letter may contain comments pertaining to the concerns of either Department. The following comments are offered for your use. A private Sewer Service Agreement for the proposed number of wastewater fixture unit equivalents has been sent to your office. After three original Sewer Service Agreements have been signed by the Owner of Record, the three originals should be returned to Pima County Wastewater Management in order to satisfy the necessary requirements needed to approve the final plat. Subject to the above, the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality and Wastewater Management Department hereby approve the above referenced submittal of the final plat. Please note the following: Approval of the above referenced submittal does not authorize the construction of public or private sewer collection lines, or water distribution lines. Prior to the construction of such features, a Construction Authorization (Approval To Construct) may need to be obtained from the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality. Also, air quality activity permits must be secured by the developer or prime contractor from the Pima County Department of Environmental Quality before constructing, operating or engaging in an activity which may cause or contribute to air pollution. The following review comments must be addressed. 1. Show both retention/detention areas in a surveyable and readily retraceable manner. The retention area in block two has distances and bearings but it is not clear how it is tied to the parcel boundaries. Provide tie and distance and bearing data for the basin in Block 1. (DS 2-03.6.4.I) 2. Show a clear tie for the floodplain limit lines. 3. Clarify the purpose of the line along the Southern boundary between the floodplain line and the erosion hazard setback line. If the line identifies an easement provide recordation information and provide survey information for the line. Submit a revised Final Plat.
