Based on plat, the basketball court and ball fields do not meet this requirement. A special exception approval is required. The playfields, basketball courts, sand box, and any other outdoor play areas must be removed from the drawing. Also, place a note on the plat stating the hours of operation to demonstrate compliance with LUC 3.5.3.7.C LUC 3.5.3.7

2. Reference recorded subdivisions by book and page numbers in the location map. DS 2-03.2.1.D.2

3. Provide the square footage for each block individually. Revise the F.A.R. calculation to indicate the percent of Block 1 only that is covered by gross floor area. DS 2-03.2.4.B
LUC 3.2.11

4. Based on the square footage of the school (46,711 square feet) the use requires 2 loading zones per LUC 3.4.5.4. Revise drawing and calculation accordingly. LUC 3.4.5

5. Remove general note 2 as this is not a residential subdivision with individual dwelling units.
