The preliminary point where TEP will serve this project is from the existing facilities along Bonanza Avenue proceeding through the interior of the subdivision. As you are aware, there are existing electrical facilities within the boundaries of this subdivision. All relocation costs will be billable to the developer. TEP will provide a preliminary electrical design on the Approved Tentative Plat within fifteen (15) working days upon receipt of the plat. Additional plans necessary for preparation of the design are: building plans including water, electrical, landscape, sidewalk and paving plans.
