Hi Cindy,
There are two items I need in order to forward the assurances to the city attorneys office for review:
1. The title report.
2. Per the City Attorney's Office and effective immediately, the following language is to be made part of the list of assurable items contained in the Third Part Land Trust Agreement:

"All applicable fees, e.g. permit fees, impact fees must be paid in full to the City of Tucson prior to the final release of subdivision assurances."
