For microfilming and archiving purposes, revise all lettering to be the equivalent of twelve (0.12") point or greater in size. Some of the labels (Campbell Ave, Rillito River, Rio Cancion Townhomes, Agro Farms, etc.) in the sheet index on sheet 1 of 5 do not meet this minimum standard. DS 2-03.6.1.C 2. Once recorded, fill in the docket and page information for the CC&R's under the Dedication block. DS 2-03.6 LUC 4.1.7.3 3. Revise the two annexation notes to be numbered with the other general notes under the "General Note" heading. DS 2-03.6.2.J 4. Fill in the trust number in the Dedication Block. DS 2-03.6.3.B 5. The Approval and Recording Data Blocks must be placed adjacent to each other. DS 2-03.6.3.D 6. The text in the Acknowledgement Block has strikeovers making it difficult to read. Revise to be legible.
