COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along a response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. Section 4.1.7.1, LUC, permits a maximum of one year from the date of application to obtain approval of a tentative plat. If, at the end of that time, the tentative plat has not been approved, it must be revised to be in compliance with all regulations in effect at that time, and must be resubmitted for a full CDRC review. The one-year expiration date for this tentative plat is September 04, 2007.

2. There seems to be a discrepancy between the Site Calculation Data on sheet 1 of 23 and the Area Summary on sheet 22 of23. The gross building area on 1 of 23 is 94,112.38 S.F. and on 22 of 23 the gross building area is 130,428 S.F., please clarify.
