Revise parking calculations to state that 1 bedroom units require vehicle parking at a ratio of 1.5 spaces per unit, and that 2 bedroom units require 2 spaces per unit. LUC 3.3.4 4. Upon resubmittal of the plat, include copies of sheets 1 and 2 as approved so that all calculations can be verified.
