1. The calculations for parking, site coverage percentage, bicycle parking, etc. should be placed in the lower portions of sheets 3, 4 and 5 and these sheets resubmitted as revised sheets to the tentative plat/ development plan.

2. Add other required calculations such as site coverage to these sheets to show that each phase meets code separately.

3. Revise parking calculations to state that 1 bedroom units require vehicle parking at a ratio of 1.5 spaces per unit, and that 2 bedroom units require 2 spaces per unit. LUC 3.3.4

4. Upon resubmittal of the plat, include copies of sheets 1 and 2 as approved so that all calculations can be verified.
